To specific, we can produce the sandwich panels with facing materials of prepainted
steel, galvanized steel and stainless steel and with non-combustible core
materials like rock wool and glass wool. The production capacity of Wisdom Group
for sandwich is great in Northern China for many years. Now, In addition to the
most advanced production line of rock wool sandwich panel, Wisdom Group also
has the most skilled workers. Imported black filled compound and professionally
mixed white glue are adopted, making the gluing area reach 95 percent with very
high strength.
With melamine rock wool and glass wool as core material and prepainted steel as facing
material, sandwich panels are made by the process of continuous roll forming
and high strength gluing. Because the prepainted steel, rock wool and glass wool
are non-combustible materials, the fireproofing property is very excellent.
